Dr. Cheryl Lynn Keys, MD

I am so glad that Kaiser has asked Dr Keys to step down and retire this year. I started off seeing Dr Doug in Kaiser years ago and was forced to see her when he was elevated to leadership role which he deserved. But then had to see Dr Keys. She is not a nice person, very condescending, stand offish and always rushed me away. For someone with cataracts issues and losing my sight, I needed someone who actually cared a little about my situation. Not Dr Keys. You can actually imagine how my socks were blown off when I found out that couple years later she became a high level manager. I believed that was done to prevent her from damaging anyone's eyesight with her poor surgical skills. Actually now that I think about it, she was probably a good manager, being able to crack the whip on anybody and everybody's back without reason, because she would not know how to manage any other way. I can tell that by the way her medical assistants interacted with her that she treated them badly as… well, not just the patients.

She is very good doctor love her work

I wasn't impressed. When your doctor does not say things with consistency, it does not give me confidence.

I like Dr. Keys -- that is, once I get in to see her. Yesterday, I waited in the chair in the exam room for 45 minutes! She finally showed up and spent less than 5 min. with me.
