Dr. Cheryl Ann Reed, MD

I am not certain how she has patients left. Calling her office to get a hold of someone is a nightmare. You have to call several times just to get something done. Your charts are not properly updated. I had a visit that was never recorded. It takes her 5 to 7 days to send in a refill. You can email her and expect a reply back in 5-7 days. You call her office for a refill and you have to keep calling until it is done. I am out of a medication that I need and have tried for 7 days to get this "Dr" to fill my medication. She is only in the office 3 days a week. I think I will need to find a new doctor.

I must say Dr. Reed is a great doctor. She is always willing to listen to one's complaints no matter how trivial they may seem. I have been her patient for over 20 years and find her compassionate and caring about all of her patients. She always find time to do whatever is necessary to assist her patients. I must mention the person who never fails to be helpful, Betsy. She is knowledgeable about everything. Hers is the first face you see when entering who greets everyone as if they were friends/family. She is professional and has the patience of a saint - never seems to get upset about a patient's rudeness or seemingly ridiculous request. Pinnacle Health Group certainly lucked out when these two were included in their organization.

Dr. Reed is always willing to spend the amount of time necessary to discuss my issues. She very clearly states treatment plans and always provides options. I never feel rushed or pressed to make a decision. She listens and asks follow up questions. She also makes certain to cover any previous concerns/issues at the last appointment before address current concerns

I found Dr. Reed from her reviews online. I was able to get in as a new patient very quickly, and she was very professional and sweet.

Dr. Reed has always been a thorough and concerned physician. I'm very content with the care received.
