I have been her patient for over 20 years. Dr. Robinson always takes the time to listen to my concerns, answers my questions, and discusses my health care.

The last thing you want in a doctor is someone who does not understand the extenuating circumstances surrounding a serious health condition. My mother had brain surgery. Let me say that one more time...brain surgery...while Dr Roberson was her PCP. My sister flew in from NYC in order to take my mother for her first follow up appointment since surgery. They were 10 min late, and Dr Roberson would not see her. Need I say more? Who wants a PCP that thoughtless and lacking in understanding.

Excellent bed side manner, explains everything in details, she does not rush when she is examining you.

I have been with Dr. Roberson for over 20 years. She is a very kind, smart and caring Dr. She never rushes you, she lets you tell her every thing and she really listens to you. I love that about her. I have recommended her to many family and friends over the years and they all feel about her like I do.

I left Dr. Roberson when she moved her practice to Wesley Chapel which is a 45 minute drive for me. I reasoned that if I wasn't feeling well I wouldn't wan to drive an hour and a half to see a doctor. After trying two other doctors I returned to Dr. Roberson! Her calm demeanor coupled with her medical knowledge provided a level of confidence that was lacking in the other two doctors I had seen. Dr. Roberson takes the time to explain diagnoses, prognoses and treatment options.

I love Dr. Roberson she is awesome very detailed, explained everything. I have been a patient of her for three years now. Her staff is not courteous always with an attitude, not friendly, they talk about you between themselves while your there in the waiting room. Due to my last visit I stopped going to see Dr. Roberson because of the staff.

I am so disappointed in just the staff. They do not call back in a timely manner and they do not care about the health of someone. I had a baby 9 months ago. After I had my baby, my husband and I agreed to drop myself from insurance and to just add our child. I did not realize I had/ have been struggling with Postpartum and have come to my breaking down point. I called in tears to make an appointment because I cant handle the depression anymore. I explained what was happening and that I have no issue in paying for the visit. I was transferred to the financial lady because I have no insurance. It took her a week to call me back. I called back right away and supposedly she was already gone for the day. I asked the lady that answers phones why I could not just make an appointment I would pay right then. She said it is procedural for me to go through finance. I explained I cant handle with what I'm going through any more and I just want to talk to the Dr. She then proceeded to tell me… I'm not the only one that has an issue and a ton of people have my issue and I would have to go through finance in order to make an appointment. I have never been so disgusted by what was said to me. I will be getting Insurance but I have to wait for open enrollment. I do not recommend this place solely due to the staff. If they are not aware of what postpartum depression or any mental illness can do to someone then I do not want to contribute my time or money to them. The medical industry is becoming money driven instead of actually helping people in need.
