He always seemed professional and courteous. Dr. Patel takes time to listen to your concerns and explain any treatment he offers or gives you.

From the time I got in ER to the time I left hospital EVERYONE was wonderful - especially *Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is the sweetest kindest dr. I've ever been to. He spent extra time every day and always made me feel like I was his only patient. He was sensitive to my emotions and fear and just could not have been better. Dr. Patel was very sensitive to my being ready and able to go. I wish he was not an hospitalist so I could have him for my main dr.!!! I just can't rate y'all high enough. I've never been so sick and in the ER and hospital everyone treated me with excellent care. Especially *Dr. Patel. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

A simple thank you is not enough to express our extreme gratitude for your amazing staff and the care they provided to our mom. The level of care and commitment to excellence was exemplary. The staff listened intently, anticipated her needs, were very responsive and more than anything were so kind. Her patient care techs Tee and Elyssa were great. They made sure that mom’s hygiene needs were met with compassion and so much grace. Doug heard us out and checked in with us ensure that the care provided was optimal. Connor RN, Bridget RN, Brandi and Dr. Patel are such a credit to your team; you all are so lucky to have them and we were certainly fortunate to have them take care of our mom. Last, but absolutely not least, Dr. Patel....you are an angel here on earth and we will not ever forget your kindness. Again, thank you hardly seems sufficient, but thank you. Kind Regards, T. L. My mother was admitted to university hospital under, Dr. Patel's care. He explained me very good. My mother is 99 year old and she had fracture from fall. Dr. Patel answered my all questions and gave time for me and my mother. Under his care my mother recovered fast and discharged to rehab in 3 days.

He has very good bedside manner and explained things clearly. He tried to explain health condition in simple language and I easily understood.
