Dr. Chetan Shyam Patil

Dr Patil is an excellent doctor. One who listens and cares about his patients. He is gentle and professional. His assistant Debbie is awesome . They keep you comfortable and informed of everything they will do. Overall great experience. I highly RECOMMEND him to all my family and friends.

I know the "system of Dentistry" and practice management, very well. Dr. Chetan Patil is excellent in pain management and in periodontal surgery. He and his staff work together to answer any questions about a procedure. I still will ask questions, as a retired Dentist. I was not a Periodontist. Everything stated was spot on. I have had extractions on fractured teeth with implants delivered at a post healing date; the procedures were painless (sign of a good surgeon). I only took one analgesic post op as I am a coward. I really did not need it. The office is clean, staff knowledgeable and friendly, and there was little waiting time. Love this office--.

I saw this Dr. in NYC. Brought my very expensive ( paid out of pocket ) panoramic, periapical x-rays. +, 3 cd's/dvd of my past tests to the office,which lovely receptionist confirmed in front of me. After consultation said he would get back to me with recommendations. Never heard back. Weeks passed I called office was told he injured his hand that he would get back to me. More weeks passed never got back. WEEKS later I call to retrieve my records. He LOST them & LIED about how many he was given OUTRAGEOUS !
