Dr. Chhinder Palsin Binning, MD

Went to Dr. Binning for possible petit mal seizures. He could barely hear when I tried to explain symptoms. And even when he did hear he did not seem to understand completely. Had to explain things several times. Most of the visit he spent asking me basic questions that I had already answered on the paperwork. He only writes physical scripts. He said that therapy does not help mental illness, only medication. He was insulting at several points during the visit. In stark contrast to the pleasant lady at the front desk. Definitely finding a different neurologist. Would not recommend.

Dr. Binning is a great doctor. I have been going to him for years however, his p/t receptionist Tina needs to go. I had said something to the doctor months ago when she totally ignored me when I arrived and continued her personal conversation with a drug rep. The doctor was never informed that I had arrived, only when he walked another patient to the front did he see I was there. Now months later, same receptionist decided to "clear the air" and inform me that it was my fault what happened could she could see I had a headache and that the doctor really didn't say much about it to her and nothing came of it. She then gave me more attitude and I informed her that I would like a call back from the doctor or I will find another. Her response was that he will not care if he loses me as a patient ... are you kidding???? Who says this as he is billing my insurance $300 for a few minutes worth of conversation. I do not trust her to now get my script filled or to relay any of my message… to him. She stated multiple times how she has been working there 3x a week for many years and he care about anything I have to say about her. Good to know!

Dr. Binmning diagnosed me quickly when I was in the hospital where other neurologists were unable. He's quick, smart, and has a great personality.

When lost in the medical complex my wife called for better directions to the office. She called at 1:29 with an appointment at 1:30. The receptionist decided to rudely inform my wife that her appointment is now and quickly gave the address and hung up. We arrived at 1:34 and was informed that we were late and needed to fill out some paper work. Another patient showed up early that said they had a 2:30 appointment and was in the area so showed up early. The receptionist said great we can get out of here early and pushed the other patient ahead of my wife for no reason. The receptionist overheard my wife make a comment to me and started to make excuses like you were late and your paperwork was not completed. I asked her to leave my wife alone but continued until an argument started between my wife and her. The doctor came out asked what was wrong, then said this started off bad so we need to find a different doctor. My wife waited over 2 months for this appointment in pain, had it… rescheduled once and then told she cannot be seen. If this doctor can dispose of patients this easily he does not need to be in the profession.

Dr. Binning was assigned to my father after a heart procedure in local hospital. He had some neurological issues that needed to be addressed. We only saw him once. When I requested a phone call to discuss serious matters. He was cold, rude and abrasive. He acted like it was very much an inconvenience to discuss things with me. I would not want him around anyone I care for. Needless to say, we found another neurologist.

DR BINNING SAW ME FOR A NEUROLOGIC CONDITION THAT COULD NOT BE EXPLAINED BY THE LAST NEUROLOGIS I SAW. HE LISTENED TO ME, AND TOOK THE TIME NEEDED TO EXPLAIN THING THOROUGHLY. I FEEL LIKE I AM IN GOOD HANDS WITH DR BINNING, AND HIS FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS SO CONSIDERATE AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND HIM!

Chhinder isno doctor as the profession defines itself. Neurological complications shall be taken very seriously and treated meticulously; I suffer from seizues brought on by years of mma. He treats his patients and staff as if they were beneith him in some sick way. The three times I had the displeasure of meeting with him for follow ups he was arrogant fake and could care less about my condition. he never, not one single time ran a single test to check my current condition. I thought maybe he's just having a bad day... we are all entitled to them; however I had to take it upon myself to obtain medication levels because he refused to do so without an appointment, I ran out of my anti convulsion medication several times due to his negligant refusal to fill my much needed perscription!!!! Drugs such as kepra and depacoat cannot be messed with, they have to be taken at very precise times at very precise doses; Chhinder could have cared less. His "less of a man" intelligence made it… impossible to have important dmv documents and work release documents filled out properly. On one very important documant were all he needed to do was describe my condition; he wrote "I DON'T KNOW" thats just it to a "T" he dosn't know except how to count his client's money, which is all he blatenly cares about. I am a professional and do not have the time to discuss these facts however like Chhinder I too took an oath to uphold the law and protect all people. I would say go see for yourself however I urge you not to do so because you litterally put your life on the edge dealing with him. He is no doctor he is a fraud and very ignorant to the needs and feelings of his clients. I say clients because only doctors have patients.

I was seen by Dr. Binning recently after having some very scary symptoms that my family doctor could not explain. Dr. Binning spent a great deal of time listening/interviewing me, and asked comprehensive questions. He was very knowledgable, very caring and compassionate. I left the appointment feeling much better than I had, and have a followup visit, which I am looking forward to. I highly recommend this physician.
