Dr. Chi Phuong Dola, MD

Dr . Chi Dola is a monster . He had the nurse remove the fetal monitor to hide the reason my Angel has brain damage / cerebral palsy. She went back in my medical records change diagnosis ., times and lie a missed appointment . If you a new mother don’t trust your health care or baby care with Dr. Dola. My daughter has times where she is so pain. The lawyer at bowling law firm worked for Tulane in the past . He did not get justice for my child . He was a conflict just the medical panel review . I’m putting out here to make sure no other mother will have a baby live a brain damage child. They will blame you for their negligence care.

Dr Dola has poor patient engagement skills. She is short winded and simple. She explains nothing in details

Never go here by choice! I was referred here and if I had to do over I would have requested a new referral! Everything about this office and dr is awful. I am on 5th pregnancy so I have been to several different obgyns and this is by far the worst. Doesn't listen to a word I say and the wait is ridiculous. Average time you spend at this office is 3 hours. Every time! I have a 1 year old and I have to pack a lunch and feed him lunch there because I know I won't get out for a while and he is starving and sleepy by the time we get out.

There was nothing memorable about going to Dr Dola's Lakeside office. The reception, the nurse Erin and the Ultra sound tech were very unfriendly. The ultrasound tech was the worst until one of the students took over who was friendly. Dr. Dola leave you in the dark about what's going on with your condition. She is not detail oriented or informative. After doing my research I had to constantly pull questions and answers from her, sometimes leaving me puzzled because she won't give a thorough explanation. She never made me feel comfortable. She has more conversation with the students and tech while she examins you. If you ask no question she give absolutely explanation. I would never recommend her to anyone. In, fact I dropped her and found another doctor late in my pregnancy.

There should be more like Dr Dola she is a very special person who makes her patients her life. She goes above and beyond for all of her patients and treats all with the same great quality care.

I would not let Dr. Dola check my third cousin's dog. She is cold hearted, coldhearted I hope someone tells her about this I wish that I had never gone to Dr. Dola neither her partner Dr. Gabrielle Pridigan

Dr Dola is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. She was so concerned about my well being and my baby's well being. When she found a spot on the baby's brain during an ultrasound, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was alright. This included personally calling me at my home to make sure that I was okay. Again, she is very outstanding.
