Dr Ting Is extremely knowledgeable he makes you feel very comfortable he’s very transparent he’s to the point he’s respectful and what I like about him the most he listens to you does not rush you and when he answers you he looks directly into your eyes when you’re in the examining room with him he’s with you 100% there’s no interruptions there’s no text messages there’s no excuse me I have to take this call like I have seen in many other doctors offices As far as the office staff goes everybody is very courteous you can see everything is well organized they're all very friendly while being all about business As far as the office the waiting area and including the examination rooms everything is very clean the equipment,counters,walls the floors very impressive So I would recommend Dr. Thing and the Safecare medical staff to anybody with 100 % confidence

The best PCP Practice I have ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming and very caring. I see Dr. Ting and he takes his time and listens to everything you have to say during your visit. I always leave happy with a great all around experience. Safecare has an onsite lab so I never have to waste time at quest or labcorp to draw blood and office hours are extended for later apts. I doubt you'll find any place like it. I've also seen Dr. Wilbur and he to is fabulous at patient care. They also have two Physician Assistants who are outstanding and also take their time at each apt visit. The level of care I get here is superb and I don't plan on leaving!!

I'm extremely happy with Dr. Ting and the staff at Safecare Medical Center. Everyone was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could.

Dr. Ting is a very knowledge physician who took the time to appropriately diagnosis my condition. I have seen him multiple times and his Physician assistant has been available to me for same day appointments. Thank you Dr. Ting and stafff for taking care of me when I am sick.

I am very happy and impressed with the quality of care I get at Safecare Medical Center. I have seen both Dr. Wilbur and Dr. Ting. The office staff is very friendly in both locations and they are always willing to help me with all my needs, even when I call to get last minute appointment. Safecare Medical Center provides great medical care!

Best doctor I have ever seen. Very caring. Knows everything you need. I have been going to see Dr. Ting for many years. And wouldn't change him for anyone else.

If you want to wait an hour plus past an appointment time, have staff lose your records and other annoyances, please book with Ting's office!

This Dr. can not care less. He does not spend time with you or follows up with test results unless it is your next appointment. When my back was out and I couldn't drive he would not write an excusal letter to my employer even though I am a long time patient and he knows I have 5 herniated disks. His lack of doing so made me lose $400 paycheck. Very unsympathetic. I am going to another Dr on my next visit.
