Dr. Chidi Uko Chris Uche, MD

If there was an option to leave no stars, then that would be my option. This was the most HORRIBLE experience that I have ever had interacting with a doctor, and his office staff. I would not recommend any young African-American men to this doctor unless you were ready to be judged by another African-American man who has obviously done better for himself, but believes his path should be everyone's path. As I am writing this review, I have been on the phone holding for 25+ minutes. Not once has a staff member come back to acknowledge that I am holding. When the person that does outbound calls to patients/customers could care less about her tone or attitude, as well as hurling accusations when she knows she is wrong shows that there is no regard for customer service or retention. I am not sure what they are use to but I am sure of what I will not get use to. That is paying for horrible service. Still on hold BTW. I will request my records and go elsewhere. Still on hold!!! 35… minutes so far.

I absolutely love Dr. Uche. I have been to many doctors over the years and I have found that most Drs don't actually listen very well. Dr. Uche is a wonderful exception. He listens very well and has always been able to find a solution to whatever my problem or complaint may be. He has an excellent bedside manner as well. The office staff are friendly and competent as well. I highly recommend him and his office to anyone.

The clinic was very clean and well organized. The doctor was great, and had a clear understanding of my back pain. He was patient and listened to me. The best doctor I have been to in a long while

Visited Dr U several times but the 3rd time was a charm. I had been having lots of pain in my lower back and I had been to several doctors. Dr U gave me a pain shot and my back has never been the same. New staff is AWESOME!!! Thank you!!

Great doc!!

I was very impressed with Dr Uche's professional. I had been to another doctor with the same medical issues and my Conditions did not get better until Dr. Uche started me on a new medication. Very pleasant front desk staff. Dr Uche is very smart. Beautiful clinic.
