Dr. Chieke Okpori Udom, MD

Dr. Chieke Udom specializes in internal medicine and hospital medicine, bringing over three decades of medical experience to patient care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt College of Health Sciences and has dedicated 34 years to practicing medicine. Dr. Udom speaks English and provides comprehensive care for adult patients in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings.

Dr. Udom practices at multiple locations throughout Massachusetts, including Beverly, Burlington, Melrose, and Medford. His clinical expertise includes treating patients with mobility challenges such as limping and weakness, as well as those experiencing loss of trunk control. He incorporates physical therapy and strength training into treatment plans to help patients regain function and mobility. Additionally, Dr. Udom performs bedside swallow evaluations to assess patients' ability to eat and drink safely.
