Dr. Chen has been practicing radiation therapy since 2007. He provides compassionate, ethical care with the utmost respect for his patients' goals and values, offering the best treatments available. As a radiation oncologist, Dr. Chen provides non-invasive and minimally invasive radiotherapy techniques that play a primary role in the treatment of many types of cancer, including prostate, lung, breast, liver, central nervous system, genitourinary, skin and head and neck cancers. Radiation oncology can also improve patients' quality of life through palliative treatments for symptoms such as pain, bleeding and shortness of breath. His services include IMRT/IGRT, stereotactic body radiotherapy, radiotherapy/stereotactic ablative radiotherapy and brachytherapy. Dr. Chen's current research interests include the application of novel radiotherapy techniques with targeted, systemic therapies for the treatment of various cancers. I was diagnosed with brain metastases. Dr. Chen was the first oncologist I saw and he was very clear in helping me understand my prognosis and treatment options. I have since had radiation for the brain metastases and currently have no disease in the brain. Dr. Chen's drawings and explanations really help put me at ease throughout the whole process. Dr. Chen is a lifesaver.

Our mom was diagnosed with liver cancer and, after meeting with Dr. Chen, we felt very comfortable with him and the treatment plan. He treated us like family and our mom is now doing great with no signs of cancer. The radiation treatment went well with minimal side effects. We really appreciate everything that Dr. Chen had done for our mom.

When I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, most of my doctors were pessimistic about my prognosis. After meeting with Dr. Chen and his team, he gave me hope. Through his recommendations and a combination of treatments, I'm now five years out with stable disease. He is one of the few doctors that I trust with my life.

I was diagnosed with lung cancer more than 5 years ago. Since then, Dr. Chen has saved my life multiple times. My cancer came back in different areas of my lungs. He was able to get rid of these without having my lungs chopped up. I am now cancer free. I feel very lucky to have him as my oncologist. I highly recommend Dr. Chen.

Dr. Chen explained the treatment plan in a manner that I truly understood and was confident in the outcome. He also had excellent bedside manners and I felt very comfortable with his care.

Due to my husband's serious condition, we see several Physicians.and Dr. Chen stands out as the best by far for so many reasons. His knowledge and expertise has helped my husband immensely with bone and tumor pain. In addition, Dr. Chen is a caring, compassionate Physician who not only listens to his patients but their spouses and care givers. His staff, specifically Amy who went the extra mile to fit my husband in immediately along with Jennifer and Tony truly care! Dr. Chen not only anticipates your needs, but exceeds your every expectation! We will forever be grateful for Dr. Chen and his outstanding staff.
