Dr. Chikako Ono, MD

If I have to be a continuing heart patient, I hope I see Dr. Ono more often. She is very good at explaining procedures as well as positive and encouraging. Although, she has a direct and no nonsense approach in her execution of the process—-she also has an intuitive ability to read discomfort you may be mulling over in your head. She pauses a present a humorous and reassuring side. I can’t address her skill in treatment fro her since my visit was of a consult nature. Basically, the sides I witnessed were those of efficiency in clarification ( not short clip answers I’m used to by other docs) and her very dedicated but genuine nature. Special thanks to you for easing some of my apprehension and anxiety.

In my opinion, this individual's competence is questionable. She appeared neat and clean, but blamed other facilities for not doing complete evaluations, belabored non-relevant issues, and sat in silence looking at us instead of conducting an evaluation. She honestly admitted that she could not answer some questions. This is my opinion.
