Great bedside manner. Listens patiently and pays attention to details. Explains everything well. Very sound knowledge.

As a former health care worker, I felt that as I have a family member in the hospital, I would see some good professional bedside manner but with this physician no I did not see this nor did my family member. As a health care worker, we love too to hear physician that care take their time with you, not fast forward you in life. We all know that yes we are busy, but talk asked and listen and show compassion is major in the field we are making life long contact here and what they hear and see and feel will either be a return patient or not for us in long run. We are they life prolonger's not taker's of their physical and emotional aura's.

I saw Dr. Nwaukwa at Baptist Hospital for Hypertensive Emergency. He did not perform any tests other than a EKG and Echocardiogram. He did not discuss the results of those tests. My wife requested and recevied a copy of those tests results and it stated that I had a "possible LAFB blockage and old infarct noted." I asked repeatedly during my stay if I had any issues I was unaware of and he never addressed my concerns. I will not be going back to him.
