Dr. Colgan is an excellent physician and Cardiologist.

Dr. Colgan is the BEST cardiologist in SETX! I've taken notes and he never commented on it. I can't imagine him ever being rude. I've been his patient over 15 yrs. but for when he moved away. While he was gone I used other cardiologists. They were crap! As soon as Dr. Colgan moved back, I switched back to him. He is adding Dr. Salem to his team. Dr. Salem is as good as Dr. Colgan. Together they offer the best cardiac team in SETX. I just had the Watchman procedure. It has saved my life as they found a hold in my heart's wall where the Watchman inserts. Dr. Colgan and Dr. Salem are transforming cardiac care in SETX.

Dr. Colgan was called in for a consult when my mother was suffering from ovarian cancer. I was taking notes during his discussion with my mother because we traveled between Beaumont and MD Anderson. This angered Dr. Colgan. He made nasty comments to me about my note taking. He was very rude to me. I immediately asked that he be removed from caring for my mother and NEVER come in contact with us again. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Timothy Colgan was insistent that I NOT take notes while he was discussing my mother's condition. He was very rude about it. He also never even introduced himself.
