Dr. Chimene Linette Liburd, MD

I love Dr. Liburd I am sad I had to leave her because I lost my job and had to apply to state insurance which she does not accept. Hopefully when I return to work I can return to Dr. Liburd.

I waited 45 minutes during my first appointment. Then the staff told me she wasn't coming back for the rest of the day. During my next first appointment, I waited 30 minutes, received no apology, not a smile or "nice to meet you." She had a very mean disposition. No biggy. I tried to ask her about a personal concern and she gave me a vague answer then dismissed me. Months later, I had to go back twice for an illness. She never called with my Xray results. I called a couple of days after the xray. No return call. Called again and I was told she called out of work that day without any explanation to her staff. Shocker. They called her emergency number twice for me and she never got back to them. I had to go to the ER to get new Xrays and a better diagnosis. I wish I would've read her online reviews before I picked her.

Dr. Liburd has a great bedside manner and I've felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with her. However the Crofton office has cancelled two of my appointments in the last seven weeks. The first was in the late afternoon, which I had to take off work for, and I didn't receive the courtesy of a phone call to let me know the appointment had to be rescheduled. On top of that, they were not able to reschedule me until 7 WEEKS later, without providing me a way to refill my prescriptions. When my rescheduled appointment time came, I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes before the receptionist came in to tell me that Dr. Liburd once again was not able to make the appointment.

Excellent caring doctor. I have been with her for 3yrs and very pleased with her service. I would highly send some one to her.

Very, very nice doctor and office space great. Staff is impatient, rude and self absorbed. I feel like I am asking for favors just in getting them on the phone. I've been going for awhile and finally said enough. Too bad, the doctor is pleasant but seems burned out.
