He is very good doctor. I had problem with my insurance and he did not get paid for few visits, still he continued to provide me excellent care. I see him for few years. Staff is also very good. God Bless.

When a doctor walks out of the room in the middle of you asking him a question about your health and refuses to send u for bloodwork when u request it and tells you to wait till next month Is sorry as **** and it's time to find a new Dr.

Dr. Patel has poor bedside manner, he is rude to his patients and talks down to both his staff and his patients. I would not recommend him to my pet hamster. I went in a few weeks ago to have a routine visit and he barely made eye contact. I was referred to him through my insurance company and have filed a complaint with Blue Cross Blue Shield as well.

Dr. PATEL IS ARROGANT &RUDE. Ive never had a GP like him. I have given him the benefit of the doubt and seen him approx. 5 times. I will not be going back EVER! Regarding his staff... The woman who enters referrals is RUDE!! She continously complained to me that she was having to spend too much time doing my paperwork for referrals i needed. She had other things to do. She also complained that I called the office to check on the status of my referrals... Not to see if they were approved. I called to check if she had sent in the paperwork to my insurance company. It took her over 2 weeks. Another doctor i am seeing requested a letter stating some general information. It took a month. I had given them a sample letter. After all of that they wanted to charge me $15 for the letter instead. It must be my mistake but i was under the impression that was her JOB. unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR
