Dr. Chirag Shah, DO

U want disorganized Snotty lazy people with attitudes that don't care about their job or U, then Dr Chirag Shah's office is for U. I spoke to 5 people in total, transferred 3 times, had to call back 2 times and that's just the phone calls. They are just as bad in person. The pandemic is the go to excuse for a year now but that's no excuse for very poor customer service after a year of this already. From dawn to cynthia and other 2 girls who refused to give me their names, to act like ur clearly just a paycheck to them, be disrespectful, condescending and be lazy towards a patient. Even the DR himself was rushing and not listening to a word i was saying about my back history to see ignored both myself AND his nurse assistant to what we were asking for. But it's what the DR says, meanwhile it's MY body and health. His assistant cared more about my issues than the DR. did. I can see why his workers are so terrible. Because it starts from the TOP down. Ur sick and need help, not b s.

Knows the medical side of pulmonolgy. Extremely poor people skills. Gets irritated if you ask a question. Extremely impatient.

I saw this doctor twice. His treatment was too aggressive and inappropriate, which has subsequently been confirmed by several other physicians and medical professionals. I do not recommend.

My PCP referred me there for a pulmonary function test which he refused to do. Decided to dx me instead with allergies although I told him I had already had allergy testing done he insisted on it being redone (same back clear). Had a small child with me and his comments about my weight and reflux (which I do not have) were not appropriate around a child. He basically looked at me and made his own dx which had nothing to do with asthma for which I was referred. Back to square one.

Dr. shah's responses were vague regarding my condition and lacked proper medical terminology as he spoke to me. I hope he works on his medical skills.
