To human being in previous review: your comment has nothing to do with doctor's rating, people come to read about her professional side to a patient not you being late and not being honored - nonsense. This is your problem and its 1* review about you.

Dr. Nchekwube is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and allows you all the time you need to explain your concerns. I feel very comfortable with her leading my care and I especially like her kind caring and cheerful attitude.

First time booking an appointment with Chisalu. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30. I parked at 9:35 and called upstairs immediately to let the representative know I was running a bit behind but was on my way up. By the time I made it upstairs….a few mins before the 15 min grace period Chisalu had already told the lady at the front desk to have me reschedule. Completely infuriating as I live 45 mins away, am pregnant and needed to get blood work done. Would strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with anyone BUT HER especially considering the receptionist let her know I was on my way up yet she canceled my appointment instead of honoring the 15 min grace period. Extremely inconsiderate. I spoke to her supervisor who informed me at 9:48 that Chisalu was on a telehealth appointment so I’m assuming she probably double booked. So not only is she inconsiderate she’s also unorganized.
