Dr. Chitra Malur, MD

Chitra Malur, MD is currently the subject of a psychiatric negligence and malpractice lawsuit in Massachusetts Superior Court, in her personal and professional capacities. This so-called doctor's credentials are at best questionable (Look her up). She is the Chief of Psychiatry at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Brighton, Massachusetts where she runs a psychiatric racket involving kidnapping unsuspecting patients in the emergency department, and / or holding patients who are there for legitimate psychiatric reason in a hostage-like situation, in order to fill beds and collect insurance money. Malur accomplishes this maniacal goal, or at least she was before the lawsuit, by abusing the state's well-meaning mental health law. She is aided in her malfeasance thanks to a conspiracy of silence or the active participation of her corrupt colleagues, the complicity of hospital nurses and the unwitting participation of other hospital workers. Black people are particularly susceptible to this… scheme, which uses St. Elizabeth's emergency department as a hunting ground where people can be, and are in fact, grabbed, tortured, and drugged up before being Shanghaied to their locked up psychiatric units where they are held prisoners against their will, sane or insane.

She should never have chosen to be a psychiatrist. She doesn't listen and will even negate what you say to her. I get the feeling she automatically assumes that having a mental illness makes a person incompetant and unintelligent and unable to think rationally. She makes you feel like you are a small child that needs to be controlled. I've had a long-term condition and have seen many doctors, but she is among the very worst. Avoid at all costs.

Thinks she knows it all. Ice water in her veins. Doesn't listen. Talks over you. Is from India. Where she received her training. Hard to believe she is the head of psychiatry at the hospital.

very bad unethical doc

She has a horrible bedside manner, barely spent anytime with me, was rude, talking over me, didn't listen, basically did the opposite that a good Psychiatrist would do. Please do NOT see, learn from my mistake, there are many Dr's she is one of the worst almost anyone would be better.
