Dr. Chona Reguyal, MD

Only the best to say about The lady who took my vitals and Dr. Reguyal. Very nice people and very effecient. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The lady at the reception desk could sharpen her "friendly" skills a tad, but other than that. I would highly recomend Mills River Urgent Care.

Disappointed

I have been a patient of Dr. Reguyal's for several years and she is simply the best. She is kind, she takes her time and listens to her patients, she is thorough and caring. I have sent may friends and family to her. We moved from the state and I still travel home to see her. I really appreciate the care she gives to me and my family.

Doesnt seem to have time to be on a personal basis with patients which in my opinion is crucial to providing care, remember care is not always a vital sign or shot. Is polite by all standards but very short. Personally feel symptoms are treated above all while labs seem to just be less important. I would not recommend this physician to anyone especially family. A real world class physician realizes individual patients needs, empathyzes with them and does not treat them alike. Its more than a warm body with a pulse which comes through the doors. It is near impossinle to schedule an appointment when youre sick as if they only schedule routine visits. Heads up Doc, people get sick when its not scheduled and is when they need you most. Staff is extremely friendly and professional but that cannot be said for Dr. Some blame Obama Care, shortages, etc. At the end of day youre either an exceptional physician or in this case shes not.

The friendly staff and clean office are an added bonus to a great doctor! Dr. Reguyal is great!
