I found Dr. Kidd’s office simply because of my insurance. I walked in a little worried and uncertain. I knew a surgery was in my future. Man, I had no idea exactly what! On my first visit upon hearing all the details of family health history it was suggested to do genetic testing for the mutated gene for breast cancer. Turns out they were right. I was positive. Dr. Kidd was attentive, proactive and immediately let me know exactly what was on the table. Her nurse called me with the news and said, once this settles if you have questions call me back. I didn’t leave a voicemail when I called back, I wasn’t even asked to. She was on the phone and they answered my questions right then. I had to be referred for an iron deficiency and she was able To help get that handled as well. Surgery was 6 weeks ago, I’m feeling great and absolutely glad that I had this done. God knew what he was doing when I drove to that office in McKinney. Dr. Kidd was exactly the reassurance I needed. Very down to… earth. Takes her time. Thank you so much!!

I typically see a nurse practitioner for my routine care, however my issue needed to have the review of a doctor as it would require surgery. Dr. Kidd was amazing. I appreciated the time she spent with me and explained the procedure; the time she spent ensuring that I was able to get in immediately for the procedure with my preferred hospital (given the time sensitivity of the procedure); I even appreciate the time she took out of her schedule to come back and review everything with me when it was discovered that the surgery was not viable at that time. She was very dedicated to my care and that I was involved in the process. She focused on what it would take to give me the best possible outcome to my situation and I can't tell you how much that was appreciated. I would recommend her highly.

I feel lucky that I did NOT become Dr. Kidd's patient. I waited 2 months for my appointment at 9 am 6/5/2015 and arrived at her office literally at 9:01 am. While I was filling out paperwork, the front desk told me (rudely) that she has to reschedule me because I arrived 1 min late. They have a beautiful office which is useless because of their unkind hearts. Ladies, stay away! We deserve better care :)
