This person is very cunning and unprofessional.

Immediate connection at the first visit. Dr. Christy Wiley is genuinely concerned about your needs, is empathetic, and has a pleasant demeanor with a side of humor that is refreshing.

Dr.Wiley does not spend quality time with you to get to know your serious health conditions that need special attention. If not clearly understood, due to the very short time Dr. Wiley spents listening to area’s of concern with our health we won’t get the care, referrals, speciality depts. blood tests, mri/x-rays on and on of the services Kaiser has for their members to utilize. Your in and out of Dr.Wiley’s office in a ridiculus amount of time, maybe if your lucky 15 minutes. Off to next patient not caring that very little time was spent going over important serious health conditions that need to be attended now not next week!!!!! I will not choose Dr. Christi for my family Dr. As well as not for my husband and our teen son and daughter. There is a medical asst. that works with Dr. Wiley. Her name is Vanessa. Not pleasant on the phone and always relays the wrong messages to Dr.Wiley that comes straight from our mouth. Never professional. Vanessa does not do her job well and with very… little medical asst. training. We don’t want to call and talk to her for she doesn’t listen and gets our phone messages incorrect every time. Between Dr. Wiley and her medical assist. I would never want our family or any other family to go through what we already have. There are many professional doctor’s at Kaiser that are here to help and actually care about you and your families health.

I told Dr. Wiley that my stomach was hard and she asked me if it was hurting me I said no. A few months later I experienced the worse pain of my life and come to find out I had fibroids.

I was very hesitant in my return to Kaiser for my insurance provider. Upon my son's first well baby check up with Dr Wiley, I knew we made the right decision. She's been accompanied by a student approx 60% of our family's visits, and for a good reason. If our future medical staff is being guided by people such as Dr Wiley, we're all in good hands.

Dr. Wiley is a great doctor, spends as much time that is needed to help out her patients. The only down fall is the follow up, I know she is a busy doctor, especially working at KaiserP, where they tend to limit Dr. Patient time to 15 mins or less and she sees at least 100 patients a day. But and I reiterate, there is no excuse a doctor or their staff to not follow up, if they are under staffed for this, they should then hire for just that. Don't let my distaste for follow ups deter you from picking her as your primary, she is great, its the machine called Kaiser that fails.
