Dr. Christian A Daniels, MD

Dr. Daniels has been my primary care doctor for almost 10 years now. He is polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. There have been times where he has gone above and beyond to provide a standard of care that I can only imagine is not the norm. I highly recommend him to all who may be looking for a Primary Care Physician

I've been seeing Dr. Daniels for over 14 years. He incredibly personable and he takes the time to truly understand my symptoms. Over the past 14 years, he has rarely been wrong. I absolutely trust him and feel fortunate he is my doctor.

Kind, considerate, listens, excellent diagnosis ability, respectful, professional.

The consumate professional. Courteous, friendly, great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and current. His diagnoses have always been spot on. I have been seeing him for many years. No waiting room time. Staff is polite. Most importantly; he has literally saved my life. I highly recommend this physician.

I have been going to Dr. Daniels for a long time now and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He has treated me for a variety of problems over the years and for the most part everthing has worked out very well for me. He has also referred me to many specialists over the years who have also been outstanding and he did give me a referral to a specialist without seeing him first for a problem on another occasion. I would definitely recommend him and his staff to any of my family, friends, and co-workers who were interested!!

Iwant to sing the praises of dr. Daniels and his, in office, RN nurse jennifer! Dr. Daniels is as honest and thorough as any dr. I have ever encountered. Hes straight up with how or how not he can help and always steers you in that direction. He has performed one surgery on me with fabulous results,and has turned me away on a number of occaisions informing me,"id be wasting my money." on my last visit he referred me to his RN, jennifer, who worked magic with radiesse,making me look rested and natural, not overdone,puffy face. Friendly and accomadating,id trust them without question. Highly rec!

I ended up needing to go to Dr. Daniels because my new insurance was no longer accepted at my old Dr's office. My mom and brother have talked highly of him for years so once I was transferred he was made my doctor. I've gone in a few times. The first being for my wrist, after an x-ray, he deemed it was tendonitis. I was prescribed an anti inflammatory that did nothing, I went back and was prescribed a gel that helps and told that if that didn't work, we'd try a cortizone shot.I went back for my knees and was sent to a specialist after being told there was fluid in one of them. The specialist told me to try physical therapy and wrote a note, and Dr. Daniels and affinity didn't send me a list of the places I could go for a month and a half, and by then I didn't have the time to go do physical therapy.And then finally, I went in for what I thought to be a cold and he diagnosed as a sinus infection. The meds prescribed didn't do anything, and due to it being a friday or saturday, their… office wasn't open and I had to go some place else. We changed our insurance so we could stay with Dr. Daniels and because of that, it took forever to find a place to go get checked out. I was rediagnosed with Bronchitis and prescribed new meds that actually worked. So at this point. I really don't want to go back to him as a doctor, and am considering changing my doctor to a female doctor I saw when he was away and couldn't be there for something I needed done. I am done being diagnosed wrong and having to deal with it.

Is not able to accommodate evenining appointments, 2 month wait time for an evenining appointment, staff is rude, dr does not give referrals to see specialists without seeing the patient (only to get paid for the visit), even after you have all the test results and you know that you will be referred to see a specialist.

First off, if I were a physician, I would probably not work for Affinity in Buffalo Grove. At least half of the nursing staff at that location are 50-60 lbs. overweight or more.I, myself, would prefer to lose 10-15 lbs. to be at an ideal weight, but I find it hard to listen to any sort of dietary advice from a staff like that.Secondly, Dr. Daniels is a very poor listener, or, perhaps, he does not understand the worthless people at BCBS of Illinois.I almost never see doctors because, in general, they are incompetent. But, I needed a hernia repair. Dr. Daniels referred me to a surgeon in Arlington Hts. He attempted a laporoscopic procedure and failed. In the mean time, I was applying for health insurance, online, with BCBS. Because Dr. Daniels had prescribed a beta blocker (lowest dose available), BCBS told me that they could not offer me coverage because I was hypertensive.Another thing - Dr. Daniels never, ever, talked to me on the phone and I have no email address of his. Outside of… showing up for an appointment, I have only been able to talk to his phone person, Peggy.The surgeons in Arlington Hts., on the other hand, will converse, online or on the phone, when required with their clients.When one deals with surgery, one has 3 separate entities to deal with - the surgeon, the hospital, and the anesthesiologist (if necessary). The surgeon who did the initial surgery was very helpful in getting the hospital to give me a 'freebee' on the hospital and his colleague who did the re-repair.

I've gone to Dr. Daniels for many years now and have always thought highly of him. He is courteous, conscientious, has a great bedside manner and is right on with treating the symptoms and getting the medical issue resolved.
