I would follow this guy anywhere. When my insurance changed and I had to switch drs., it became more obvious why I liked this doctor so much. HE LISTENS! then responds with reasonable and intelligent answers. There is no judgement, he doesn't just give you a drug and send you out the door. Bless this man he has found his calling

Best Dr. I have seen in a long time. He really cares about his patients and he makes you feel comfortable, almost like you're an old friend. I wish all drs were like him.

Most of the time I've gone for an appointment, the staff is nice, though Dr. Fullmer has often been unavailable and I've seen one of the physicians' assistants or nurse practitioners. They are nice too, though I really didn't feel like Dr. Fullmer had much of an idea of my health status. When I have seen Dr. Fullmer, he is nice. Dr. Fullmer has never followed up after I have visited. I have always wondered if this was typical. I would've appreciated more follow-up. Now that he is in a new location, I have yet to visit there, so it's possible some things have changed.

I went to see Dr. Fulmer for a hamstring strain. He seems to be a "pill pusher". I went to a different orthopedist who prescribed physical therapy and the issue was gone in 3 visits!!

Great Bedside manner.Very Competant and listens well.
