New patient today staff amazing Dr Le Bienvenu spent 1 hour with me too very understanding I love this office

I've been going to doctor L for 12 years and I love silvina she is the best she gets the job done and she's just the best at what she does she is friendly, caring and is always there for me. I love to walk in and see her smiling face she gets me in to see the Dr.. without a wait she is an asset to the office

I was referred to Dr Le bienvenu by my mother a few years ago. He is a great dr.you can tell he really cares about his patients and has their best interest at heart. I have been to many pcps and this Dr is my far the best.when o recently lost my job his staff wavied my co pay-i was crying in the office because I was so grateful.everyone from the nurses to the Dr are very friendly,down to earth and geninuly want to help. If it wasn't for the nurses my mother would have never had the courage to get her gallbladder removed. I can't say enough good things about this Dr as well as the 2 nurses. Thank you very much Dr Le bienvenu and staff, you all are appreciated more then you know.

This Doctor is like the Doctor you had years ago. Actually sits and takes his time and finds out why you came to see him. He is so through and patient. As he is speaking to you he is actually writing why you are there and what medically speaking he is going to suggest. This Doctor is devoted and when I go to see him, I know that he will take the time to help me feel better or at least suggest a specialist who will help me. I have been his patient for over 3 years and would never see anyone else The two ladies in the office are also on my favorite list. They both are super friendly and very through and professional. To sum it all up it is a sincere pleasure to not be feeling well and to go to this office. Trish Needleman

Dr, LeBienvenu has been my doctor for many years. Very satisfied with his practice and staff. Silvina is the best. She has compassion and cares. She will try her hardest to help with referrals and answer all questions. She is always friendly and when making appointments, she always works with my schedule and try's to accommodate me.

Dr. Le Bienvenu is a great doctor, but he is surrounded by a very rude staff. They scream at you when you call for an appt. and if you call asking for test results they will hang up the phone if they are in bad mood. One day Silvina follow me into the hallways because I told her that she had no manners. After that she retaliated against me and it was very hard to get an appointment. Finally after many years seeing this doctor I had to look for another doctor with a professional and friendlier staff.

I have had Dr. Le Bienvenue since 2004, ten years, would not change him for anyone unless, my insurance company changes its relationship with him. He spends more time with me his patient ,and engages in profound diagnoses of my complaints than any other physician I have had over the last thirty years. He is always accessible, concerned, and cooperative. I give him a total rating of four stars plus a bonus star.

Doctor spends more time with me than most Doctors I've seen. If I have an emergency he'll see me same day, and when I've called after office hours, he's promptly returned my call.

Dr L has been my Dr for over 5 years. I moved away for 2 years then came back to town. I went right back to him since I was not able to find another Dr that I trusted as much as him, nor one that I could talk to the way I do him. If he sends you for a Blood test, be prepared for a 10 minute explanation of it since he goes over each and every line with you !!! which is a good thing...

Dr. L follows up with you and explain in detail of the issue, diagnose, pro and con of the treatments. Excellent Doctor.
