One of the best doctors I've ever met.

Doctor Millward is great. He totally understood the problem. Wants to try to correct problem before jumping straight into surgery. I have a huge problem with his office staff. They say they were going to talk to the doctor and get me another prescription sent over to my pharmacy. I went to my pharmacy and they never heard of such a thing. I called back they said no they were not going to do it. They never bothered to call me back and left me in dire pain. The office staff was not helpful at all. Unfortunately I will not see Dr. Millward again due to the office staff.

This doctor has poor office skills. Spend mere minutes, last time was under 1 minute for the visit. No follow up for results on the MRI after 3 phone calls. Getting in easy, promptness is good. Staff is nice. Still don't know what is wrong. Has offered no pain relief, no muscle relaxers. Not impressed so far.

He addressed my concerns and explained things very well. Caring and supportive of my condition/injury.
