Dr. Gregory Jon Hicken, MD

Two days after shattering finger Dr Hicken started to wrap finger with coban and with splint in place, after one wrap he got a personal phone call, left me in the room with roll of Coban hanging off my finger-and never came back. My husband had to help me finish wrapping myself, and cut the Coban roll off with his pocket knife. I could hear Dr Hicken giving his credit card number on his cell phone. Completely unprofessional!! Completely unacceptable!!

Took the time to pinpoint my injury, listen to my concerns and give me the kind of nonsurgical remedies I was hoping for. Outstanding. Everything a doctor should be.

I felt like a number to Dr Hicken. He didn't really listen to my concerns. He got me right on his schedule but didn't really help me understand what post op was going to be like, in fact he told me in two weeks I would be better that I was at the moment with knee that was occasionally locking. I wasn't!

A while ago Dr. Hicken reconstructed both of my shoulders. While the surgeries and recovery were not the least bit fun, the aftermath has been a complete success. I am much more active than before the surgeries, and am able to participate in a wide range of physical activities, including racquetball, with no difficulty at all.
