Christian Sikorski, MD, FAANS, FACS, is a board-certified neurosurgeon with Neurosurgery & Neurology. Dr. Sikorski is a Chicago native who earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago and his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He then completed his neurosurgery residency as chief resident at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Dr. Sikorski has been in practice since 2006 and recently served as Chief of Neurosurgery at Spectrum Health – Lakeland in Saint Joseph, Michigan. He has also served as a Clinical Associate Professor at Michigan State University and has a Clinical Associate appointment at the University of Chicago.Dr. Sikorski’s specializes in minimally invasive/complex spine and intracranial surgery. I had a Lumbar Decompression not quite 5 weeks ago. I feel great! I haven't had real pain since the first week. I've only had some discomfort since then. Dr. Sikorski listens and answers questions patiently and in detail. I have already recommended him to several people.

Dr. Sikorski has surgically treated me twice for two separate lumbar spine issues, the first time in 2016 and the last time in February, 2020. After each surgery I was completely pain free. I have found Dr. Sikorski to be not only an excellent diagnostician and but also a surgeon of the highest quality. I wouldn't hesitate to return to him or recommend him for any medical issues that might require surgery, especially neurological issues.

I'm only 2 months out from minimally invasive decompression at L4-5. I can't believe how good I feel...it's incredible and I don't know why I suffered for so long. Thank you Dr Sikorski!

My back and leg pain was so severe and I couldn’t walk. After a small discectomy as an outpatient my pain is gone. Thank you!

I had two tumors removed from my brain. I had reservations given my advanced age but Dr Sikorski took wonderful care of me and I am doing well.

Dr Sikorski took time with me and my family when our loved one was in the hospital with a stroke. He was caring, thoughtful and compassionate.
