This doctor has no respect for the population she serves. I've had an appointment with her twice for my 3 year old. On both occasions, I was running late. On both occasions I called 30 minutes ahead of time, to inform that I was running late. On both occasions I was informed by the medical assistants to come in as long as I was no more than 15 minutes late on arrival. On both occasions I arrived no more than 15 minutes late, but due to the high volume of patients being checked-in, on both occasions I wasn't checked in until 20 minutes after my appointment time. On both occasions, this doctor turned me away, refused to see me, and told me I had to reschedule, even though she was informed that I had been there prior to the 15 minute late arrival grace period. She didn't care! Doesn't care about the time and effort her patients have to put in to come and see her. Doesn't care about the time and effort it takes to get kids out of the door. She is waaaay to rigid and apathetic to be working… with a population of children! No compassion, no flexibility, no empathy. This isn't even to mention that the staff there will have YOU wait more than 20-30 minutes after your appointment time to be seen by her! It's okay for you to wait for however long it takes for the doctor to see you, but God forbid you come in 20 minutes late! She is too lacking in humanity for me. Will not be seeing her again! My child deserves better!
