Dr Chen has been nothing but Professional and Helpful . Have taken my Mother to her 4 times now . 1st visit was with Dr Samy M. at InterVally-Community Hospital in Covina . Who administered bedside treatment without pain meds causing a great deal of pain . Dr Chen describes in plain terms what is wrong and what she has to do . Treatment was administered properly and puts my and my mother's fears to rest . Dr Chen is a Asset to the medical community. She has even advised me on other personal items unrelated to my Mother. She is Friendly and Easy to get along with. Who ever left the review back in 2014 , #1 does not have a grasp of spelling and punctuation. They are one of those people that can never be satisfied or THANK someone. As my mother's condition is long term I am glad that Dr Christina L. Chen is my mother's Doctor . Thank You . Jr.

During my phone conversation with MS. Chen, she was short and not courteous at all. Very abrupt, dis-engaging and not accurate about the status of the patient. Horrible bedside manner and didn't seem to want to spend any significant amount of time speaking about her patient's family member whatsoever. I was very disappointed in in demeanor as a Medical Doctor. Shame on Loma Linda University Hospital for tolerating such a Doctor on their staff. Maybe the hospital should take another good look at this doctor and access whether or not they really want a doctor such as her being a part of their future team. Thumps down Dr. Chen!!!! Reconsider your over all attitude and being a part of such a great hospital. NO FIVE STARS HERE!!!!!!!!! I intend to report on Yelp!
