Dr. Christina Monique Garvin, MD

Dr. Christina M. Garvin is a native of the Southwest and grew up in Las Cruces, NM. She graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology where, under two merit scholarships, she obtained a degree in Biology. She attended the California School of Podiatric Medicine under scholarship where she received her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Garvin then completed a 3-year surgical residency at the New Mexico VA Hospital in Albuquerque, NM where she gained experience with degenerative joint disease, wound care, and limb salvage. She was awarded the Academic Resident’s Award for obtaining the highest score on the American Board of Podiatric Surgery’s In-Training Exam.Dr. Garvin believes in partnering with her patients on the treatment plan that best fits the patient.During her free time, she enjoys traveling with family, swimming, and gardening.
