Do not waste your time or money. She does not like people.

Dr. Go seems to be a fine physician. Getting to see Dr. Go is a challenge there is always a long wait to get an appointment. The online appointment system is not ready for prime time . . . and I usually have to wait long period to get an appt. But once you get to the office things are better. I find Dr. Go to be a professional caring health professional and my experience has been much more positive than some of the reviews I've read. She follows up with anything that comes up post visit and she makes good use of technology. She always seems prepared to discuss my case when I arrive.

Dr. Go has a very unfriendly, even arrogant manner. Though she is in an endocrinology group, she says it is not her specialty to check to see if a medication that I am prescribed effects the thyroid. She also says that it is not her specialty to determine if a particular mineral will aid the thyroid. I consider it gross laziness that she did not research these questions for me and provide me with an answer. She is partners with 2 endocrinologists and it is advertised that she also specializes in endocrine problems. What she charged for an office visit of less than 20 minutes was almost $500. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this doctor.

Fabulous visit. I was early. They accommodated. Everyone was personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Go is extremely efficient. She has a warm personality, and she took time to answer my questions and explain my options thoroughly. Can't imagine what more you would want in a doctor.

Dr. Go was very short with me as if I were a bother to her day. She did not make me feel like she was listening to me or that she cared. On a scale of 1-10 probably a 1 with regard to bedside manner both in person and written follow up. I will not go back nor would recommend her. I waited for months for the appointment and was very disappointed with this doctor on all levels.

i can say without hesitation that she is among the most smug doctors i have ever encountered... very poor experience and not one that i would wish on anyone, i have been to a large number of doctors in my life she ranks among the worst, completely dismissive of recent labcorp test results and insistent on getting a new panel (of course more money)

OH MY GOD!!! I just read a review of someone that experienced the same treatment I did with this doctor! This is horrible!! I personally had never been treated so badly in my life! At first I felt it must be something wrong with me for this doctor to treat me the way she did. But, I quickly realized that she is a person with no professionalism, no people skills, and I could go on and on to describe this person called "Dr." Go, but I refuse to waste any more time with this "doctor". So, all I need to say is: Please "doctor Go" GO! You chose the wrong profession. A doctor should be concerned, compassionate, and have a willingness to diagnose whatever medical problem you may have. Dr. Go did not even come close to that description! She was demeaning to me and had no desire whatsoever to LISTEN to me to understand my issue at hand and help me. She even had the ignorance to dismiss any prior medical symptoms and family history that may have helped her diagnose my medical issues! That… is just common sense! The whole time I was there I was thinking to myself, How in the world did this woman get through medical school! Seriously! Please, can someone advise this person to pursue a different profession?!! Preferably one that does not deal with a persons physical and mental well being! She is an absolute disgrace to her profession!! I wouldnt want anyone to be treated like I was by this so-called doctor!! PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO THIS doctor!!

Dr. Go dismissed the fact that I was being told by 3 of my doctors including a reproductive ENDOCRINOLOGIST that I needed to see a medical endocrinologist. In fact, she was annoyed that I was referred to see one and although I have hypothyroidism and very painful & heavy menses she dismissed my symptoms. She criticized the previous lab results saying that the wrong labs were run and disagreeing with the way my thyroid medicine is currently being managed. She gave me a lab slip to appease me, rather than to confirm my diagnosis and treatment. She had no interest in a follow up. Her bedside manner is arrogant, defensive, and impatient. I asked her for a recommendation on what steps to take next since she was convinced that she wasn't the answer to helping me feel better, (before even seeing the results to the labs she wants done), and she had none. She is young, inexperienced. and needs to learn how to LISTEN to her patients before writing them off, which is exactly the way I left… feeling. Clearly, I went to her for expertise in managing my hypothyroidism, however, she left me feeling as though I was a waste of her time. Go figure.

I was hospitalized for Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Dr. Go was the Endocrinologist on staff in the ER when I came in. She was excellent and, having just moved to the area, I decided to have her become my actual doctor. The first time I went to her in the office, she sat with me for almost an hour. She discussed how to get my Type 1 Diabetes back under control, what steps to take next, and how it would be best to achieve all those goals. She gave me recommendations, literature, even suggested apps for my iPhone to help keep in good control. I discussed with her what I wanted out of getting under better control, and she believed that it was entirely possible as long as hard work was done on my part. 8 months later, I have achieved almost all of my goals, and am in the best health I have been in for over 10 years. Dr. Go is definitely someone that doesn't take any b***hit, and I appreciate that about her. After being Type 1 Diabetic for over 20 years (and only being 25 years of… age), Dr. Go has helped me get my life back and taught me how to take excellent care of myself. Her staff is wonderful, they all know me by name now, and the facility is great. Dr. Go is a younger doctor, but she has amazing experience and expertise.
