Dr Jepson is ALWAYS so sweet, friendly and professional! She takes time to listen to any concerns you might have and addresses solutions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary physician.

I have the highest respect for Dr. Jepson. She understands me, and has my best interests in mind. Her happy smile and helpful staff make me feel better.

She could not diagnose my health issues. I later changed family physician and my new physician diagnosed it pretty quickly and accurately.

If you aren’t going to see COPC and you live in Westerville you may be missing something. Whether I see my PCP Dr. Jepson or another Dr. it is one consistent high level of care. They even found me a COVID shot the same day! The front desk and portal are seamless and they follow up before online visits to ensure I can connect.

Very comfortable thorough complete appointment. Dr.Jepson Is the best! She’s very compassionate and genuinely make sure she addresses your concerns and make sure you understand the process of what’s going on.
