Dr. Christina Lynne Kushnir, MD

Since May 2018 I’ve been treated for Ovarian Cancer stage 3C. Dr. Kushnir has been my care taker, and surgeon since the start. She has expertly completed two surgeries on me. I’m also on a clinical trial that she monitors. So, I’ve seen her at least once a month over the last year and a half. She ALWAYS takes the time to listen to my concerns and responds until my questions are answered. She takes time during visits to get to know her patients. She even responds to my questions promptly via email between visits. She remembers conversations and past issues and considers the patient’s values. She is intelligent and up to date. I throughly trust Dr. Kushnir’s expertise, decision making, and advice. I appreciate feeling like an individual and not just another patient. My stays at the hospital gave me additional insight on how blessed I am to have found the Women’s Cancer Center. The hospital staff raves about the team. One RN from the hospital told me that she returns to her CA home… for medical treatment, but that if she was in need of gynecological oncology care she would DEFINITELY choose the WCC. I’ve been able to continue to work and my quality of life is good! Thank you WCC and especially Dr. Kushnir.

Dr. Kushnir is an amazing Dr. I had hysterectomy by her and I can tell over 66 years I had never ever had a Doctor that spends so much time to explain every surgical and recovery steps. After surgery I woke up at midnight and asked my daughter if I had since I had no pain no discomfort, I was home 14 hours after surgery and my recovery was unbelievable. She is fantastic, very knowledgeable and she was serious when she took her oat to help and care for people.

dr. kushnir was very personable and professional. she made my experience easy. she explained everything in detail to me so that i would have a good understanding of my upcoming surgery.

I love that I got into see the doctor the next day. I was very nervous but when i called to schedule the appointment the girl that answers the phone made me feel so much better. Dr. Kushnir is an excellent doctor answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend her
