Dr. Christina Pitts Lynn, MD

Was admitted, told would be seen that day. Saw her at run station BSing with other, 25 minutes but no time for me. Next day, smiling, gave a bunch of crap and lied to me. "Everyother" patient said that they DON'T get to see her for more than "5" minutes per day and she talks but does NOT Listen. Only saw her 2x in 4 days Again lying to me when I asked for something (2 en stated Dr did NOT put orders in notes) and day leaving asked information, again lied and did NOT give info. She also lied about how I was admitted and when I asked to call lawyer, she stated it wouldn't do any good. My lawyer says different now. While she is smiling- do NOT Trust the lying b#tch!!!

Compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She helped us when our mother started into dementia and parkinsons hallucinations.

Dr. Lynn was wonderful for the first year of our relationship. She was easygoing, didn't treat mental illness with any kind of stigma. If I came in with a specific problem she would take extra time to work through it with me and even teach me certain therapeutic strategies to help me cope. I was shocked, then, when her therapy turned entirely personal: what HER relationships were like. What HER career was like. what stresses SHE had to deal with and how SHE handled it and therefore how I should handle it. It was inappropriate, unprofessional, and often insulting to me and my marriage. When I got a new job and she put 4 months between our appointments, I screwed up and missed one. The next appointment was missed due to a misunderstanding, and she claimed there was one missed in between that I know was a scheduling error. Yes, patients who miss appointments shouldn't be tolerated -- I get that. but patients whose lives and stability depend on medication and seeing a doctor should be… CALLED first, CHECKED UP on. their emergency contacts should be CONTACTED before a letter arrives saying you have 30 days to get a new doctor. Her staff was rude and inconsiderate every step of the way in trying to transfer my prescriptions and my records, as if I'd personally slighted the whole practice. I'm sorry, but you're dealing with people who's mental stability means everything. When you mess with that and threaten it, yes, we're going to get upset. Understand your clientele, work with them, support them. Don't write them off like heathens. What an awful psychiatrist.

My father was in the hospital and Dr Lynn, was his doctor. I called her for information on his condition. I was advised my father's medical condition has not changed, she would advise if there are any changes. Please stop calling her because the time it took her to call me would better spent caring for other patients. The phone call was four (4) minutes in length.

She take the time to listen. It is obvious that she cares about her patients struggles. She is readily available and will often call to check in if she knows you are struggling
