Dr. Christina Lynn Midkiff, MD

I would not recommend this place. I had an apt years ago here and the nurses were so rude. They told me I could not come back until my other doctor sent my medical records. So I didn't go back. Fast forward to now, they have a nurse midwife who I've heard is wonderful. I tried making an appointment with her but they told me since I switched doctors years ago that I may not be able to come there again. They had to write down my story as to why I left. The "office manager" was supposed to call and let me know. Never called. I called again, had to repeat my story again as to why I left... no call back again. This happened 3 times where someone was supposed to call me back and never did. Finally I got a receptionist to go and ask and she said no I cannot come there again. I feel like a committed fraud or something but I'm happy not to give this place my business ever again.

I find her to be very concerned about her patients. She was very kind asked if I had any questions or concerns about procedure being done. Explained the procedure before hand.

Unable to speak to anyone when you call with a billing issue. Saw Midkiff once in 2017, she was ok based on my first impression. I tried to pay as I left the Ofallon ofc, was told no charge "womans wellness exam" later rcvd a bill. Then got a no show fee for an appt I did not make. After months of calls trying to get the issue resolved. The billing company will tell you to discuss with the office but the office will not all back. If you press '6' for billing questions you get a message about the $25 fee. I got fed up and paid both fees. I was offered a 'code' to make a new appt, I told the billing 'no thank you, I'll find a new doctor.' A year later I rcvd a call for an appt , again I did not make, called, left msg, rcvd msg back there would be no fee, and again rcvd bill in the mail. I have been trying to speak to someone for the past three days. I guess I will have to go in person to try and figure out why appointment are being made for me without my knowledge. Seems like a scam to… make money off their patience. BEWARE.

She should not be practicing medicine.

The woman who answers the phone,"Leez" is so snarky & rude,it's shameful.I've called the office several times on my daughter's behalf & "Leez" is always the same:Unfriendly, unenthusiastic, hissing & sighing in the phone.Dr. Midkiff is an endearing,friendly,and professional person;loved her bedside manner! She deserves support staff who care about her patients the way she does. As a result of being hissed at one time too many, I'm taking my daughter back to Dr. Chadwick (we left was because of the UHC/Memorial dispute)my 1st response was to stay w/Dr. Midkiff because she was so wonderful. I pray to God the Ofc Mgr & Drs discover "Leez" bad behavior & hire someone who is friendly & professional.THE PATIENTS ARE THE REASON YOU ARE THERE "LEEZ"!You are a rude, unprofessional, unGodly woman "Leez" & everything you do in the dark will come to light. One day, they will find you out. Then, maybe someone who needs a job will come and provide Dr. Midkiff with the support she deserves!

What a wonderful office. The staff were pleasant. The nurses were polite and helpful. And for the office providers, I have seen several of them and truly believe them to be sincere and wonderful. I would highly recommend my friends and family to this practice.

Dr. Midkiff delivered my first and second child, soon to be three. She's GREAT! Her staff are the friendlist! Her new office is beautiful and is a very comfortable enviorment. Appointment scheduling is a piece of cake! I would recommend Dr.Midkiff to anyone seeking an Obgyn who goes above and beyond to make sure a patients get excellent care!

I have a multitude of health issues that most Dr's don't feel comfortable treating me for. Dr. Midkiff however, was very caring and understanding from day one. I have had multiple proceedures done by her that I would not have trusted anyone else to do. I would recommend anyone to her.

Dr. Midkiff has seen me through 8 years of routine visits, infertility and the birth of my son through c-section. I am also a type 1 diabetic so my pregnancy was high-risk. She guided me with professionalism and caring. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Midkiff has delivered both of my children and I would recommend her to anyone. I had complications with both pregnancies and she was wonderful.
