Dr. Christina My-Chi Nguyen, MD

This doctor would not listen to anything I said, made horrible false accusations at me without evidence, implied I was lying about my health history, treated me with no respect, professional courtesy or manners. She was arrogant, unhelpful, and had a very negative attitude. I found another doctor at once and will never return.

I wouldn't be symptom free if it were not for the brilliance of Dr. Christina Nguyen. She actually saved my life.

I went in due to several symptoms that were affecting my day to day. I needed help yet she dismissed it by asking some questions and saying I’m healthy. She did not provide good tools, recommendations, or further actions that should be taken, I don’t recall if she gave a diagnosis. Christina Nguyen seems like an inexperienced doctor, and I got a somewhat arrogant tone in our entire interaction.

Office was filthy and smelled like a kitchen. Long wait and substandard care.

We showed up half an hour early because we were told that they would cancel the appointment if we are more than 10 mins late. Christina Nguyen didn’t show up until 45 minutes past the appointment. Extremely rude and loud. Won’t go back and do not recommend her at all.

Would not recommend to friends or family by the unprofessional-ism in the Truong Neuroscience office in Fountain Valley. When taken back in the room, Christina M. Nguyen persisted in being disrespectful, short-tempered and did not give us the test results. This office also send out another patient's personal information and records mailed to me. This office does not follow protocol and breeches confidentiality. No patient's records should be released. I was treated with such rude behavior from the front desk staff as well as with Christina M Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen was very thorough with her examination and treated my chronic migraine issue. I have been migraine free for months now. She is also very personable and takes the time to listen and answer questions.
