Dr Christina Pentlow

Horrible place and staff. Just got a major attitude from whoever picked up phone. Been waiting over a week for lab results and scans. Call and they say they don’t have it and they can’t get it. Yet I see it on my portal. Doctor has failed to order many test and prescription I need because she forgot and I am still waiting. I just wanna get my results then I will never be back

Worst dr I have ever seen! Don’t waste your time going to her! She has zero bed side manner and could care less about what you have to say! Never calls with test results! HORRIBLE dr!

Saw Dr. Pentlow once, she sent me for blood work and I haven't heard from her since and it has been 4 weeks. I called her several times, but she never returned my call. I do not recommend her to anyone. If you are thinking about using her as your doctor, you better think twice.

This doctor left her old office and moved to a new one,rude obnoxious people there. So rude I had to hold my tongue when this front office women was talking with me.. Horrific, Now that Dr. Pentlow is here she's not as good as she was,she's very rushed now and spends way less time.... This office at 560 Northern Blvd 2nd floor should be visited by officials to see for themselves...\ Worst experiences ever.

At first nice caring doctor,now ignores all phone calls and wont even fit you in if you have an emergency.Horrible...Need to find a new doctor fast. She doesnt care anymore for her patients quick in and out visits..Disqusting horrible staff as well.

I’m a Primary Care doctor and I sent my mother to this doctor for management of her thyroid cancer this year. As a doctor, I usually don’t enjoy the fact that we get “reviewed” by patients...but the unprofessionalism we have experienced in this instance is too much for me not to say anything to warn other potential patients. In short, Dr. Pentlow does not return patient phone calls in a timely manner. She recommended a very involved procedure for my mother who requested that I discuss it further with Dr. Pentlow On her bahlf—So my mother left a message with the office requesting that Dr. Pentlow calls me. 1 week later no response. I myself called twice over the next two weeks and left messages with her very nice office staff...still no call back. Even if she is a good clinician (which I can speak nothing to you because we have only seen her once), basic respect for a human being, let alone a patient, is paramount to a physician’s character as I myself know how important it is to… treat patients as you would want to be treated. We will be seeing a different endocrinologist moving forward.

I was once a big fan of Dr Pentlow,now despite anything emergency or not the doctor and her staff NEVER EVER returns any phone calls.. It's like she has better things to do than send in your meds or reply to the pharmacy.. A most stressful situation being a patient of Dr Pentlow..

At first I was an admirer great doctor very caring,then I found out that NO ONE ever calls you back even if it's an emergency. I was waiting for some diabetic prescriptions that the pharmacy tells me no one from her office ever replies to a fax.. Very unproffesional.. I'm saddened by all this I had very high hopes coming to see Dr Pentlow only to be dashed and disappointed at every single turn!!

She keeps you waiting for hours, tried calling her for 2 weeks and she never calls back. The rest of the office is also very unprofessional. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and don't use this doctor or her office staff who is just as bad as she is. Terrible experience.
