Dr. Christina Jiwon Seo, MD

I’m writing this to share a deeply concerning experience my uncle and I had with the office manager at this medical practice. My uncle, who speaks limited English, visited the office and kindly asked the manager, who is Korean, for assistance with completing the registration form. Rather than offering any support or showing basic courtesy, she responded with a visibly annoyed expression and refused to help. I later called the office on his behalf to clarify some follow-up questions, only to be met with an unprofessional and hostile tone. The manager raised her voice, stated that the information had already been provided, and curtly told me that the patient should call himself next time. This level of disrespect and lack of empathy is completely unacceptable in any medical environment, especially one that serves a diverse community. Patients, particularly elderly ones with language limitations, deserve to be treated with dignity and understanding. While we appreciated the care from the… physician, the behavior of the office manager was shockingly unprofessional and left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously and address the standard of conduct expected from their front office staff

Overall, one of the worst experiences Ive ever had! Went to her for hemorrhoid issue. To make a long gory story short, 4 horrible banding procedures later, and having her CONSTANTLY telling to take fiber, my issue became 100x worse. Never once did she consider looking into the issue of what was causing my stomach problems, which led to the hemorrhoids. She just INSISTED that I download my body with FIBER. 9 horrible months under her awful care, and incessant need to do the expensive banding procedure, I went to an out of town GI doctor, who with just one test, found out that I had COLITIS! Also, informing that banding would NEVER help the issue! Months of Fiber absolutely worsened by stomach issues, and the banding just caused me massive pain and $$$.. since insurance DID NOT cover all of it! All along I tried to tell her that I there was something more to my issues, but she just stayed her course and followed her own medical agenda. Needless to say, I am consulting a Mal-practice… attorney!

Was too fast and quick to do surgery without testing, left ending up in more pain than, What I was experiencing in the beginning. Needs to explain side effects and dwn time horrible

Dr. Seo was extremely thorough and had the ability to ease my anxiety about a procedure performed in her office.

Dr Seo was able to help when other doctors could not. I had a big problem with hemorrhoids and stomach issues from ibs for years which continued to get worse. Dr. Seo's manner is so gentle and sincere. Her diagnosis was spot on and although I don't often write reviews for doctors, she made such a difference in the way I feel, I I want to recommend her highly.
