She talked down on me couldn’t get me what I needed I got the blank stare no expression .never have I left an office crying I was in tears I was hurt to think a doctor would treat her patients that way ,too many other doctors out there ,than to be made to look like an idiot. I will never go back , I do not recommend her

Ended up in the ED because she did not take symptoms seriously. Spent four days as an inpatient at the hospital and guess what my suggestion that she quickly dismissed and made me feel silly about suggesting was the correct diagnosis ...please listen to your patients!

We are very pleased with Dr. Soriano. She is very thorough and knowledgeable! I have been bringing my 90 -year old mother to her. Dr. Soriano has been very patient and continues to work with us on addressing my mother's health issues. I am staying with her and have my annual check-up coming up.

Am glad to hear not only former patient of Dr Guffey disappointed with this doctor. Will not be going back. Trying to find new doctor

The Dr had no interest in being helpful. Made me cry more than once. I was with Dr Guffy for many years. I am now looking for a new doctor’s office. It’s reassuring to see that others feel the same way.

Not only is does she make you feel uncomfortable and stupid in appointments but her office can't seem to keep their records straight. I have a regulated prescription that has to be handwritten from the doctor and filled monthly. At an appointment she asked if I needed a refill and I specifically said no because I had just refilled it the week before. Well here we are a month later and when I called in to ask for my refill, they claimed that I had filled the medication two weeks in a row. I then had to drive out there five days in a row to try and sort the issue out and finally had told the staff that I would wait until they had finally sorted out the issue. When they finally gave me my prescription I never received an apology or an explanation. This is the third time this situation has happened to me with this office. I WILL be looking for a new doctor after all of this.

Scheduled appointment and 2 weeks later office cancelled it because she had "too many new patients" on sames day. This appointment was important to me, obviously not the Doctor.
