Dr. Christina Elaine Stixrud, MD

I have used Dr Stixrud for several years and my mother was her patient as well as my adult daughters. We have always found her to be extremely attentive to our needs/questions/concerns and highly recommend her to others. She is an excellent diagnostician and never makes you feel rushed when you have an appointment. Will frequently ask if you have anything you want to talk about or concerns etc.

Under her care for 12 years. No problems.

I had very valid concerns about my child's health. She dismissed my concerns and failed to order the proper testing. As a result the condition worsened and became untreatable. I blame her for my loss. I would take my child to a vet before her.

My children have been going to her for many years. I brought my son in with a possible head injury. She dismissed it as a virus and instructed us to wait a week. We didnt have a week. My son passed away as a result of not having the correct testing and diagnosis. I wouldn't take my dog to her.

My daughter was SICK while on family vacation in Europe I called Dr Stixrud and she was on call the night we landed in Columbia by the way Christmas Eve. She was able to see my daughter on Christmas day early in the morning at the lobby and treated her with acute brochitis. She is my daughters doctor and i love her

Love her...she's been seeing my son since birth, he loves her and all her staff. He's not scared to go in for shots or check ups. In fact he often wants to go visit them. She has seen him for everything from ear infections, the flu, and soccer/baseball injuries.

This doctor is not very accurate with diagnoses. Further she does not understand or care about phobic feelings in relation to health care. She brushes over patient concerns figuring all people are hypochondriacs. Her office staff is rude and violates privacy laws (her staff allowed one of my distant family members to read my children's test results). She expects respect because she is a doctor, but rarely gives it.
