Dr. Christine Janel Hayw Bong, MD

We recommended Dr. Bong to all of our friends with young children. The time and attention she gave our baby was priceless. She always answered all of our questions, made the time to follow up with us, and returned our calls promptly. As first time parents this is exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend her to anyone! Wish she was still at Dublin!

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Bong. She was so compassionate and caring. My 3 week old had a bump on his head that was not going away. She consulted 3 of her colleagues and called a neuro surgeon for us to get more information. She then followed up with us over the weekend to give us all the information she had. She was very understanding of our concerns over vaccines and supported our decision not to vacccinate our child. She shared personal stories regarding nursing and feeding solid food. I'm sad she left the practice.

Stormed in the room in a frenzy, never took the time to introduce. Didn't take my 4 month old's diaper off to check for rash. Really half-hearted effort. Made us feel like an assembly line. Did not treat daughters condition with importance. COme to find out, she needed an MRI to check for a brain mass and two urgent surgeries, followed by two follow up surgeries. When she called to follow up, she called my work when she couldn't get a hold of me. I called back and instructed that she must dial the area code, yet it took days of me calling before I was able to talk to her. After a great experience with an excellent doctor who left this office, Dr. Bong was the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor.
