Dr. Hoffner-Owens is an incredible doctor. It broke my heart when she left.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Owens for several years. She is the most caring and nicest doctor we have ever had and we have had several in our 72 years. Now we are told she is no longer at the Watson Road facility and we were not given any information so that we could follow her where ever she went. This is all very mysterious. We want her back.

First time appointment went very well. She is a great doctor.

I love Dr. Owens!!! She's hilarious and when I'm having a huge panic attack in her examining room, she is super friendly and amazing. Apparently she is no longer at Southwest Medical Group on Watson. SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE SHE IS PLEASE!!

Dr. Owens id the best. She is honest, caring thoughtful and funny.

This DO has the most rude, unethical staff I have ever seen. The doctor is more ruled by emotion than her duties she swore to as a doctor. I once sat in the for an extra 5 hours because she was off and her staff failed to call the ER to let them know, much less, there was no one to cover her patients ER situations. I had to call the ER myself to find out she was not there and update the ER Doctor. I asked to have my medication pre certified when I first received script and I was told it was my respondability , I told the Blue Cross this and they said patients are not allowed to do themselves, so I ended up paying 194.00 a month for 6 months when I got fed up I called again I said I will have to find another Dr if you can not take care of his for me, The staff member lied and said she called but it will take 5-10 business days. I waited call the insurance company because script was still unprocessed, they told me a claim was never submitted. Imade an appointment for another Doctor.… But in the mean time between Appts. Dr Owens was still legally my primary care Dr. but she refused because I was leaving her office. Totally Unethical, What say YOU?
