Dr. Christine Edith Horah, DO

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor customer service. They do not answer their phones. They don't seem to care about people's health.

She was a good DO but since her son has worked there his discriminatory treatment of patients and unacceptable language and actions have been detrimental to her patients. He possess too much ego and power

Her son like is a totally ignorant human. He has no right to be working with the public.

All those horror stories about Luke the receptionist are so very true. He is a terrible person. Very rude and spiteful. I would never go to this office not even for a hang nail.

Dr. Horah is a good doctor but the office is rude, disrespectful and honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My usual wait time with an appointment is 90 minutes and I have been seeing her for 14 years (the wait time never changed). Today I had an appointment at 6pm and at 7:15 I politely asked when the doctor may be ready. The front desk employee told me to not be rude. I immediately apologized and said I’m sorry if it came across that way, that I promised I wasn’t being rude at all. He told me I was impatient, that I had issues (as he gestured crazy with his hands) and that if I didn’t like it I could reschedule. I advised that I had been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes that I would like to still see the doctor. This went on for about 20 minutes as he belittled me, told me he felt sorry for my kids that they had me as a mother and said that after 14 years of being a patient I was no longer able to see Dr. Horah today or again. He also walked into… the other room where Dr. Horah was attending to another patient. He also threatened me and called the police because he said I was now trespassing. I went to the window and apologized again for any misunderstanding and tried to calm him now but he ignored me and shut the window. I also have some of this interaction on video because I couldnt believe that this was actually happening.

Her son, the office secretary is a rude and unpleasant man. I had to wait over an hour for an appt. at which time I left and found a real Dr.. "Dr." Horah is a DO- a program taught in no real medical school because it is based on chiropractice- a pseudoscience-based belief system. Ask her what a subluxation reflex is and what bonafide medical book it is described in- (there are none).

Dr Horah is very thorough and talented Doctor
