Dr. Christine Marie Johnston, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Johnston for eight years. She has always treated me respectfully and done her job efficiently. I have never stuck with a doctor this long and it is because she takes good care of me.

Worse doctor EVER! Incredibly difficult to get an appointment, 45 minute+ wait time in the waiting room with her cranky staff. And why is it always sticky in there? So gross. And it gets worse when you finally get in to see her! She asks the most cursory questions that are not sufficient to achieve an accurate diagnosis, she interrupts whenever you try to give a detailed description of anything, she absolutely hates questions, and dismisses your concerns with sarcasm. Her staff NEVER scheduals the referrals they are supposed to and they never send your Rx to the pharmacy. Since it is readily apparent that helping people is an onerous task for her, she should do our community a favor and seek some other type of work. Really, anything but medicine. Perhaps butcher, or executioner. Some career where sadism and contempt for humanity are assets :-)

I have never seen a dr or office run in such a manner, they do don't follow hepa laws she has local people working in office that tell the town your health problems, gives out personal information, one staff member got a written up for gaining out my personal info, another staff member lost her composher, for going to reject care 15 min before they were closing and I explained that they could not treat me that way then she lost her cool and told me to f off and gave me the middle finger. Then Dr Jonston sent me a letter saying that I was not to return to her office wich she could not do that being that she works with the Ventura county medical . Stay away from this office there is so much more of bad practicing at this office.

Same story. WORST bedside manner ever! Waiting 2 weeks for a new script to be written...still waiting! Dr. doesn't listen to patient & on rare occasion she does, there's the eye-rolling, etc. Makes you feel like an embecile when you know your body best. No doctor should EVER behave like this!!! Stay away!

I understand that some Dr.'s are overworked etc. She has the worst bed side manner. Rolling of the eyes & sighing doesn't make a good Dr. I will be getting another Dr. stat. No one deserves this sort of treatment. I tried getting a refill of my script- it has been a week and no script. The office will not return my calls for another appt. I have called everyday & am told someone will call me back. No phone call.Don't waste your time with this office.
