Dr. Christine Lai, MD

She was my first GYN - and I procrastinated going until my late 20's (I do not recommend procrastinating). Her personality made the whole experience easy. She is thorough with her level of care and doesn't rush you out of the office. I moved 7 hours away otherwise I would still want her for my doctor!

She cares. Took the time with me and my questions when I was crazy nervous with questions regarding my first pregnancy. She helped me subsequently with 2 more pregnancies and I recommend her highly.

Excellent bedside manners, very professional showed that she really care, expressed concern about my case. Love the way I was treated by Dr.Lai this is my third pregnancy and the first time I was given top notch quality care by an Obgyn doctor, I would highly recommend her. The place is very clean and well kept and the staff was courteous and professional.As a reminder please be friendly to the doctor and staff and you will get courtesy,friendliness,and respect it doesn't take much to be nice, and just a case anyone is wondering yes I'm a patient !

Dr. Lai has no patience! She is easily irritated and insanely rude. I have never had such a poor experience with a doctor. STAY AWAY!

After reading the poor reviews on line about Dr Christine Lai I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt because I already had an appointment scheduled with her and I wanted to have my own experience since she did have some good reviews too. In my personal experience I have found Dr Christine Lai to be very rude, unprofessional and only caring about her practice as a business.. She doesn't care about the well being of you or your unborn child for that matter.. I would never recommend her to anyone or visit her as a doctor again.. I am convinced that all the good reviews are all fake.

Dr. Christine Lai is very Rude to her patients. My wife just had a miscarriage and after repeated attempts to reach out to the doctor (Dr. Christine Lai - my wife's OBGYN) she was very rude to my wife over the phone. I would not recommend Dr. Christine Lai to any women looking for a primary doctor

Staff is friendly and productive. Easy appointments to make. Dr Lai provided much needed guidance when I had a high risk pregnancy. I had everything you can think of, diabetes, preeclampsia, etc. during my pregnancy. It was my first child so I was more neurotic than normal but she was patient with me and delivered my healthy, happy normal baby boy. Thanks!

As always my routine is this : Wait 15 mins. Go inside to pee or wait. Waited in room for about 5mins. IDoctor took history, asked for my concerns and explained to me all the things I didn't understand. I had tons of questions!! Basically I am a complicated case due to previous cancer diagnosis and my previous gyn didn't care and didn't understand how it could affect me in a gyn way. the reason why I am writing this review is that without Dr. LAI, I would not be a proud healthy mommy with a healthy 8 pounds baby boy.!

Appointment was at 2:30pm, and I didn't leave the place until 4pm. I waited at the office for 20 mins before being seen by a staff to urinate in a cup and then to be sent back out to the waiting area again for another 15 mins before being seen by the doctor. Perhaps, I was there on a bad day... The doctor explained everything clearly about what to expect during the pap smear, and the process was relatively quick. However, she can be a little bit rude when the 1st attempt was unsuccessful. Her questioning about past medical history was VERY NOT thorough. She fails to ask whether or not condoms have been used to protect against STDs during every intercourse, especially since chlamydia and gonorrhea are commonly presented without symptoms; therefore, screening tests for STDs or HIV were not offered.
