Dr. Christine Ann Muglia Chopra, MD

Please be warned Dr. Muglia Chopra may miss a diagnosis and over schedule the frequency of immunotherapy. Dr. Muglia Chopra did not conduct thorough enough testing, evaluations, and treatments for my son's chronic upper respiratory symptoms and she required immunotherapy (allergy shots) at a frequency substantially higher than that of 2 other allergists I have consulted with. She also required an office visit to answer even simple questions about my son's on going treatment, whereas the other allergists were happy to answer most questions over the phone or through their nurse. After a skin test evaluation Dr. Muglia Chopra determine my son had seasonal allergies. She treated him with immunotherapy and after about 2 years of weekly, biweekly, and monthly immunotherapy my son still had chronic symptoms. As a result, Dr Muglia Chopra prescribed a nasal antihistamine and more frequent allergy shots. Out of concern her treatment was not helping, I got a second opinion with another… allergist who discovered a sinus and ear infection and an allergy to cats (which we have had as a house pet for more than 3 years) in addition to the seasonal allergies!

Left practice year ago. Staff was extremely rude. No backup doctors in place if she take a leave of absence which leave ya hanging. Left for another doctor that was knowledgeable in helping with my symptoms.
