Emotions can feel overwhelming and intense, especially if you are already a sensitive person. Are there times when you think, “Why is life so hard?” “Do I fit in?" If so, I am here to help. Through providing a safe space, and empathetic approach, my clients can find their inner harmony again. My ideal client would be one that is ready to do some self-exploration, be open to the therapeutic process, and have openness for change. I am a firm believer that my clients are their own experts. I enjoy working the therapeutic process to watch people unlock their true potential. I find that therapy can be the bridge to unlocking your emotions. I specialize in treating adolescent and adult anxiety, depression, mood and thought disorders, addictive behaviors and co-dependency issues. As a therapist I value using an overall integrative approach to meet every individual client’s needs. Everyone is unique, deserving of hope for change, healing, and thriving.
