Esteban Minsk is a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina with over 9 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and readjustment counselor. He has worked with adult and senior-aged clients that are experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief/loss, life challenges, and end-of-life issues. The main focus of his practice has been working with clients who have experienced trauma in their lives, whether it be physical, sexual, or emotional.
