If you are looking for a true "medical" professional whom will offer a true "medical" opinion MRS. Ullman is not the individual to provide such services. Constantly misdiagnosising health concers as well as 0 bedside manner. After time, you realize your just a number & a contributing factor to a pay check. Unfortunately MRS. Ullman considers itching, miagrains & allergic reactions to medications a "psychology" concern. Each illness is approched as mental vs medical. Go to a real professional who is concerned with your overall well being and one who genuinely knows the medical field. Office in general is very unorganized. Obtaining referrals and returned calls after 4 messages is a hard task for this facility. Staff are very rude and continually point fingers at other providers when they do not complete a the request at hand. Other doctors in this office also seem to only be concerned with getting patients in and out as fast as possible. Almost as if these providers are in a competition… to see how many patients they can move in a day. One of the doctors stated my husband had a "disease" in his knee which after a 2nd opinion was just a sprain. In closing, Carilion Family Care is a joke and you shouldn't joke with your health. Get that 2nd opinion today...
